Swimming Pool

  • A building permit is required for all in-ground pools, above-ground pools, spas, and hot tubs. 
  • Pre-formed "kiddie" type pools that are less than 24" deep do not require permitting. 
  • Decks and other accompanying structures will also require permitting and inspections.
