Free Well Testing
The Muscatine County Building, Zoning, & Environmental office offers free yearly well water testing to individuals living in Muscatine County who are using a private well. Funding is provided through the State of Iowa - Private Well Program.
Testing is done for bacteria (coliform and E.coli) and nitrates.
